    This is the "Sky Rage" amulet. You can choose a place in 124,828km radius where you want to have lightning storm. The amulet is pretty accurate. It summons 10-20 lightning bolts in 30m radius. You can use it once. When you use it, you have to recharge it. Amulet will recharge when the moon is full.
