  I guess "Tribal Reaction" won't let you take their country, so you have 2nd uprising! Oh, that means you're on negative DP/day. People are angry about your decisions. They will make revolt in next turn. :/

  @JanKaszanka: you can't build another camp bacause you've reached buildings limit. Next building will cause problems.
