    @ODZ: JanKaszanka got 4 starting tech and another one beacouse he has +2 RP/day. JK has +2 per day beacouse he's playing as tribe and he researched Tribal structures, which give him 1+ to every stat.

    @Coffee: You can have early trade. To get initial mining you need Resource collecting and Tool Crafting.
