    You will get +1 bonus to everything if you play as a tribe. If not, you will get free diplomatic power and become more stable.

    You only need to ask for expansion. Expansion cost you diplomatic power and resources. Bigger territory gives more resources but it's harder to manage.

    @dRR ok, then instead of Initial Mining, do Tool Crafting :)
