    Confirmed - I pressed start, then pressed 7 when blue light came on with safe cursor and the correct output was displayed.

    I think I know what happened. When typing numbers on the keyboard, make sure to set your cursor size to tiny or small, or you may press 2 keys at the same time. This will do something undefined, and garbage will be returned to the CPU, printing more garbage later.
