    Oh, and as far as I can see you could turn this into a two-way system rather easily. That would make solving a lot less tedious.

    Not really a rubik's cube... You can move the center pieces of the sides. Then again, if you were not able to do that the cube would be impossible to solve because of the missing axis. For what it is, a colour shifting puzzle, it works great!

    thats not the way a rubiks cube works, it move every three (every face) not every one.
