3 Factories, one for burning fuel, 2nd for providing the fuel, the 3rd is for converting salt water to destilled water, and then electrolysis and storing H2 and O2 for further use. dependant on water and resources. Its almost fully destructable.

    @dustt - this is called fracking, pste is heavier than NITR and it will sink, raising the fuel, pumping it out.
