Also, it would be problematic due to very high gravity. Your people need exoskeletons or other body amor/improvements. -

we not terraform this. we modify and adapt the base. thanks for information about planet. it will make able to building a sky base. -
docRoboRobert 28th Apr 2017Wow, ok. Terraforming THIS into something friendly will be almost impossible, even with very advanced technology. Can't you just colonize its moons? They're quite easy to colonize and one of them is a quite nice desert moon which was green ages ago.

Unless, of course, the moons are separated considerably from the belt by distance -
