big and incomprehensible electronic porridge - wifi used only for ribosome - 100% accurate (ribosome still under verifications) - customizable DNA sequences - DECO ON - explanations in save - spark "ANALYZE" button to start it and just wait a bit. Enjoy!

As such, there is much more redundancy for stop codons (We don't need the polymerase reading the gene and going to the next one and putting two genes in the same protein).
-
So the STOP codon, AUG has a counterpart, I forgot the redundant one, it is quite similar to the original so if it switches from say AUG to UUG then it would still be STOP, not only that, but each stop segment often has 2 to 3 stoppers.
-
So if one is severely enough mutated then the second one will still stop it. Same goes for some often used genes with operators, if an operator is malformed then the gene can be freely read, this is a problem, so often used operators are either used with redundancies or are frequently switched out.

Quantech -> now that's not the powder toy but the universe toy
-
Author -> or enough tpt knowledge to shrink that to a few pixels
-
@Author nah maybe infinity*infinity*infinity (3d space) would be betterr!
-
Now we just need a 100000x100000 window size and we can build a fully functional cell.

no I've seen 22 amino acids but here there are 64 probabilities (3 slots scanned and 4 possibilities for each slot -> 4^3 = 64 possibilities) and among those possibilities there are 3 "STOP" codons and the rest is amino acids but different codons can create the same amino acid.

look: the grey big electronicky thing on top of screen is all codon possibilities and the grey big electronicky on bottom of screen is the amino acids possibilities: you can see more than 1 wifi is connected to one wire (you can conclude wifi=codons and wire=amino acids)
