Send 3k troops southeast to the coast from my capital city. Then set up a metal mine in Ottawa and build a ship port on the newly claimed coast. Then send a ship with 5k troops and transport 250k people over time to Cuba. Then send 2.5k of the 5k troops in Cuba to Florida and claim Florida. Then the 2.5k troops in Florida expand 5px northwards into the US -
