i also send all my aircraft carriers loaded with my Armada of 500 helicopters (i did the math i have 10 aircraft carriers and each can hold 50 vehicles, so that means 500 helicopters between tham all) and also evacuate civilians to the aircraft carriers, and when the carriers are at capacity of people i take the civilians to Cuba to receive medical Attention and food, aswell as be placed in refugee camps until it is Safe to Return to Chile.

okay, i deploy my UNCIO peacekeeping fleet to an area off the coast of chile. my carrier moves up and down the coast, deploying and taking in helicopter's full of evacuating and wounded civilians as it goes.

i apologies for tyhe coment spam, but i invite india the EAU....which in hindsight, panda we need a better name for the Eurasain union......maybe the 'World Socialist Union' or something?
