    also... Canada is threatening some sanctions against Brazil if they don't stop invading and attacking Chile. The reason is simple; instead of invading Chile in an attempt to obtain access to the Pacific; why not have your naval vessels go around Cape Horn and your cargo vessels through the Panama canal? it really makes no difference, especially in your nuclear submarines... they basically have a nearly endless supply of fuel!
