    i create an airfield for ballons and airships on those islands near freeland , i send 1 airship with 3 units of TRM to Kacpers lands , to make his country more stable, i use 3 dip points to make KGL stabe, and make it have +1 dip point /day

    ATTENTION: West Hyperion lost all his gold, food, supplies and diplomatic point. There is an anarchy. Goverment isn't able to rule its own country. West Hyperion is dominated by pirates and rebels.
