This is a demo of SIMD16S, a 16-bit, 16-core, 60Hz SIMD (parallel processing) unit. It runs Conway's Game of Life comfortably at a reasonably fast pace. Hooray for subframe!

Holy goodness. The great mark2222 has returned with a lovely architecture. 16 "cores"? I'll assume you've had quite the trip in studying to organize this system to be this supposedly compact.

I have no idea what it does, but +1 because it looks like it would do a good job at what its made tot do.

lol imagine a screen where each pixel is actually 1 pixel.

Also, why does the screen sometimes go blank and show a growing green box?

A multi-core processor in TPT? My PC only has 1 core! xD

mark published LightPC in Jun 2014, and then he came back in Sep 10, 2016 and published another save. Except for this time, he has come back with subframe powers so he can take over the world!

@QuanTech yes, that's EXTREMELY HARD!

Very very good! +1
