    Nathan: No uncorrupted blueprints for a nuclear reactor were found. Also, dueturium and a truck load of materials will be needed.

    It also has 3 steam turbines, and nuclear waste stoarge tank, nuclear waste will be converted and it will be used as new fuel, the control room looks like the one from chernobyl nuclear power plant.

    I begin building a giant room with a helium-3 nuclear reactor, it has 3 giant cooling towers, 2 coolant stoarge tanks, and in the room, i build a reactor core with 10 control rods and a big control room with a window to view the reactor core.
