    @Nathan: I'll assume that you mean a ice deposit instead of a lake (it's the moon...). The fusion reactor quickly gets up to the needed heat and pressure. The power output is at 97%, core temperature at 72%. Cooling system running at 100%. All power made is being used to run mines and secondary support systems at maximum speed.

    I go inside the control room, then i open the helium and deuterium valves, after that i do this, power output: 97%, core temperature: 60%, and cooling systems: enabled.
