I've seen many models of the SS and most of them are in bad scale. Planets have the same size and orbits are thin. I present you how the Solar System looks like. The scale is now corect. Don't forget to check my other saves.

The default center is at 0,0 <x,z>, with a width and length of 60 million (60000000) blocks from both ends." -Wikipage 300 million blocks was only possible in the versions that inculded the Farlands, and even so, you couldn't walk on any of them because they were "fake" blocks. :)
