A small solar system model with a LIFE Sun. Includes the planets Mercury, Venus, Earth, Mars, the Asteroid Belt, Jupiter, Saturn, Uranus, Neptune, and Pluto. All handmade by me. Took a total time of 20 minutes to make. Distances and sizes not to scale.

    powderskye: Pluto isn't realy a planet. It's dwarf planet that was removed from solar system in 24 august 2006

    If I could make an object a tenth of a pixel thick, I would. As of now, whole pixels will continue to reign. :)

    @battlekruiser I couldn't make the rings of Jupiter as they're only 19 miles thick, and Jupiter is about 87,000 miles in diameter.. so that's barely even a tenth of a pixel. I will consider making Ceres and the others. Also, thanks for the like and the positive feedback, along with 4000 views! :D

    Why don't Jupiter have rings here? Picturing tilt of Uranus was cool. You could also draw some of the big asteroids/dwarf planets like Ceres, Vesta and Eris. Nevertheless, you have my like. Cool sun!
