Please give suggestions, as I have no idea how I'm going to convert protons into any form of usable energy.

    Nah, DTEC is too unrealistic...

    it heats the water and it is put through a turbine (DTEC) and is cooled of in cooling towers

    Transferring heat won't be a problem... How do we turn it into usable energry - id est, electricity?

    if we put some HSWC below 2 layers of INSL and put the HSWC next to a water tank the PROT will transfer the heat to the HSWC and bounce back into the core.
