I've finally found a use for SL's "Computer builders' kit" published for, well, SL's plotter. *** Update: Fixed TEST, see main save ***

@Weretyu: It can only plot a single type of FILT. It could probably build early-2013 electronics, but eeeh. And where would I put the computer? :D
-
This is a great save using your programmable computer, LBP. I think that if you combined this with Sandwichlizard's solid printer, you could print some pretty complicated devices.
-
But how would the computer access that? Also, subframe is not really friends with WIFI. Maybe if I made a WIFI breakout peripheral. It'd be terribly slow though. But yeah, that's what "in theory" means, I guess.
-
On another note. the plotter can be used to expand the computer dynamically. it could print a device with programmed wifi. the computer could build more circuits as needed. In theory. it certainly could build a FILT device, memory, logic....

Well, I'm using 33.6. I found no build number, but it says it's "based off of c version 83.0" and its generic version string is 91.3.328.

v33.5 build 71 as opposed to v33.5 build 72
-
I am using jacob1's mod build 71. build 72 is out. 71 works fine. are you using older than 71?
-
Well, the rumors were right. This does break in jacob1's mod. In fact, it dies the most painful subframe death I've ever seen. So much crap happens when I unpause the save that I have no single idea what exactly goes wrong, for *everything* seems to.
-
That occurred to me to, but I *think* the only thing that could break this thing is a different particle/evaluation order, which shouldn't be different in jacob1's mod. Dunno, really. I should probably try opening it there.
-
Yeah, that does break it, but "holes everywhere"? idk...
