And also, even DEST bounces off of the frontal armor of a Type II MBT. Frontally, Type II's and even the older Type I can actually mitigate a large amount of damage from a nuclear blast, ensuring that the tank remains operational for a few seconds during the blast, and also for the largely intact rear halves to be cleansed, reused, and recycled afterwards.

@Boomtish the warships have nuclear thermal rockets, which would give them a range of about past Mars' orbit. I also built several hundred from asteroids and Lunar material a few pages ago. Also, he's trying to invade Earth, so I think I have a right to defend my planet.
