As the rocket launches carrying the tungsten rods the course is purpousefully changed to put them into orbit in such a trajectory that when the rods are deorbitted they will hit all over 3Ds territory as he has failed to negotiate, this would ruin 80% of the land itself, natural disasters would follow in his land, and if volcanoes were to erupt we may warm up

I offer the surviving Novus Republic on Earth amnesty and land in northern Canada and Greenland, and a lot of land on Mars once it's done being terraformed, if they agree to stop fighting and share their technology with us. We could also both prepare for war against Cupiditas, who is likely searching for Earth.

The negotiations are technically going to have to happen for the sake of the Etrurian race. Field command underestimated Earth's capabilities, and the reason they decided not to negotiate in the first place was because a) with only Etruria's almost exhausted natural resources remaining they would have no leverage, and b) Etruria as never yet met such a powerful species.

Well then, thanks for the history lesson but if negtoiations aren't going to happen... I launch a battery of 24 tungten rods into space and put them in orbit with the Novus-taken land. I deorbit them all into a path of his land, they'd be travelling at about 0.5c into the ground, unfortunately a shield wouldn't stop that. The whole launch-orbit-deorbit takes about 45mins all round. With the rods I launch 'mines' as seen in my satellite post to protect them in space before deorbit
