    add water and heat it up a bit. I use Eturian technology to help speed up the process too. Once it has a suitable atmosphere and temperature, I grant the Eturians half of the avaliable land and begin colonizing it.

    If the Novus Republic agrees to the treaty, then I immediately start rebuilding my military until Sol has a total of 20,000 medium warships, 10,000 heavy warships, 40,000 drones and fighters, and 100,000 satellites armed with lasers scattered around the solar system. These all use advanced Novus technology in their construction. I also start terraforming Mars, using nukes to melt its poles and ammonia-rich asteroids to kickstart the greenhouse effect.
