geez. well isn't this ironic! here we are in the present day, trying to stop it, and you now wanna accelerate it :P thing is... factories have became greener recently... all facories you will find nowadays will have anti-pollutant filters, and basically all industry in this era will have the same. it will take many years in game time to uninstall them from the factories...
