    They're ice breakers of course, I also begin a recruitment period of the armed force, propoganda etc, up to about 100,000 men as a defence force and begin building major factory sites to produce weapons and vehicles

    kevino's got the right ides! the meteor that struck the north pole... it is consisting of half uranium isotopes, half exotic metals (gold,ttan,etc.)

    I build 2 large extraction ships (big ass containers with scoops) XD to begin extracting all available nuclear material, which will come in handy. I also begin researching and producing more HAZMAT suits, may come in handy :P

    (Sorry for spam) I also send trade and ally requests to everyone. I modify my powerplants (they're all nuclear reactors btw) so that they run the coolant (water) over the reactors instead of through them to cool them, and steam is collected from the cooling towers so that they can serve as desalination plants too.

    I then expand to Korea and the Chinese coast, and start a spaaace program with much boosters. I launch a few basic satellites to give me data on ice thickness and weather patterns, and start preparing on building a huge solar power station in orbit which will beam down power in microwaves to heat my country, reducing the effects of the ice age.
