I build up my defences. I set up javelin throwers on my walls(human ones, not machines that need to be researched) to protect against invaders.

@Long Were is the leader of the Union of Citystates atm (Similair to the holy roman empire) which means that the 3 other city states in the Union of Citystates will probably declare war on you if you declared on Were. Do you still attack? @Were + Long oh, and I added the Union of Citystate's numbers to the spreadsheet. Because I'm lazy their army/navy/airforce is going to be Were's 3x, with the excuse being that they grow equally to him or something...
