SB, He has been fairly good to spain, he's helped them reclaim greece (him invading greece the second time was my fault) and helped them defend against you. You how ever, at the time when you tried to annex them had done nothing for them.

Yeah, and Spain wasn't very happy with you. When they saw that you were picking on another small, helpless country, they decided to invade you. I offered to merge our countries so that we could coordinate attacks better, and I got them their islands and oil rig back.
