    @Gelix you have 8 points, 2 tents and 1 tree. you havbe to make nwe tent, then make them into tent group (so you need to plant trees) and then you can make it into well, meaning that you need 8 points to get a tent group and next 5 - to make well. Please check the profile page for that info next time ;)
