    i really want ultra to unocupy my city but i doubt it cause he wants the points. ultra stop devoiring the points like a fat american child and a ice cream truck

    I make twelve more troops, and put them all in the same direction. @Ultra. I'll toatally be part of your empire. It's quite clear who is the stronger of the two. But, you can put more into conquering the south, and need not worry about the north. Treaty?
