I use the big army I have to invade the city right next to them. The small group goes to the one closests to them. All points on troops.

sorry for double comment @droidkiller all your forces die along with ultra's during epic Battle on the Coast. Deulnse is left with 60 soldiers standing near enemy's base after long fight with his forces. its now hours till everyone gets totally massacred by our nazi hitler.
