    you can build another capitol for 20 points or take over other players to claim theirs. every capitol gives you 6 points.

    @Science boy Ultra is already in alliance with 2 people so if he wishes to join you he has to abandon them. Also capitol got claimed by totallypro @obliterator sure

    abandoned capitosl are capitols that were once someones but the player got kicked for being inactive, taking them over doesnt take any troops as they have technicly no defence c:
