Also technically there should nnot be vent holes, the gasses are supposed to escape all out the front if its a bolt action gun, or front and the back when the semi auto bolt opens.

Actually the upper barrel shouldn't be longer (you mount a suppressor at the end of the barrel, not over it). Then to compensate the suppressor's length you'd have to put the barrel closer. That would show how much better it actually is.
