    Ok. The NTRs are conventional nuclear reactors, so we should upgrade them to molten salt so we can burn waste.

    We should aim for 20 tonnes.. that's about what the space shuttle was (depending on which orbiter)

    We should probably have it try and do more payload to LEO than skylon... skylon is supposed to be 15 tonnes which is pretty bad imo..
