Hixel: It's kind of hard for you to shell my camps, considering that your entire country is a nuclear wasteland. As for the wall, I just don't nuke anything right next to it. Concrete does a reasonably good job of blocking radiation, and I can reinforce it wih lead.

Maybe only maybe a wall of lead reinforced with other radiation aborbing material could absore the radiaton / block it but the wall would have to over 350 m high and at least 500 m wide so yea #notPossible
