    I unveil Project Blue Skies. It is a massive solar blanket orbiting at the Earth-Sun L4 point. When fully unfurled, it can block 10% of the sunlight recieved by Earth and reflect it at Mars most of the year. I activate it now, and it causes the poles to grow rapidly, lowering the ocean and exposing more land. Mars also heats up, with a recorded high temperature of -14 degrees Celsius.
