After the Zugrat disaster, the Tacterians helped the Lexylnians by building a new super advanced city planet, named Xutron.

  There is also a global fusion shield (render as a very transparent bubble) that protects it from any radiation or asteroids. All of its power needs are done via the black hole reactor near the core - The singularity also gives the planet more decent gravity. The magnetic containment fields are also quite powerfull, and build a magnetic field.

  The planet sized city is fully self-sustaining. Small mass condensation systems can produce anything when such thing is in need.

  Over time, the debris begins to coallesse, the tacterian city for LSF refugees from that planet is finished (make it look like its made of metal, glows in the middle, and is quite advanced looking)

  After many more visits, the Charulians arrive with the last bit of technology required to create the armour. "Using these machines you should be able to create neutronium armour that is strong enough to resist almost any ordinary weapon. However this is nowhere near it's strongest form. It also makes a good fuel, has uses in supercomputers, and can be an incredible power source."

  Delighted with the information, the LSF begin installing mines in secluded areas to minimize pollution.

  The tacterians thank them for that, and give them the tech - They also scan the planet, and found that there is alot of platinum/gold/silver at its core. However mining this comes at a cost: Thats a deep dig!, and, There is also a large amount of plutonium down there.

  The tacterians come to the zugrat system, and ask for permission to bring some of THEIR technology here, This includes hyper-photonic transport (100-1000C), and many other studying equipment, at one cost: They must join the effort at galfa to completly decode the strange neutronium salavaged their from the dreii megastructure.
