    Also note the CIS knows about the tacterians being fully intergalactic and going between clusters. So yeah there pretty out-teched

    The tacterians notice the hostile takeover, and immedietly declare war against the CIS without warning, Ambushed, the CIS are forced to retreat while many umbrogians are taken refuge.
