The Eclipse-Class warships are incredibly powerful but not invincible. Several were destroyed by Biomorph vessels. The Entropy cannot be harmed by anything other than a control field projector stronger than its own.

Weren't they already invincible with Eclipse-Class ships? What happens when one of the stars powering the ship gets to the point where it could go supernova?

This was built to make Entropy invincible.

I have a feeling that EU just made this for fun, as they really had nothing else to do.

@CaptDallas This warship can destroy entire star systems and has more production capacity than most spacefaring races. It can win the war in one battle.

It's an amazing fear weapon though. I just prefer alot of smaller dreadnaughts.

no matter it's weaponry will win a war one battle at a time(unless the enemy surrender), where as many ships that are smaller yet still big could fight many battles across the galaxy at the same time. but, AMAZING flagship! +1! it would be a great flagship in a big fleet though...

there comes a point when something is just annoyingly big. "ok the planet we need to save is over there." THUNK! "did we just hit the planet?" but its actually great, the ship. I'm not saying its to big I'm just saying how is it practical? wouldn't a few ships smaller be better because you could make more? and the Entropy-Class,

The tacterians easily spot such a massive vesslas, and notice that there armor is quite rediculously energy and heat resistant - The perfect armor plating for a fusion shield. The tacterians ask entropy if they would be kind enough to send a sample of there most heat/energy resistant armor that doesnt need a massive ship with black hole reactors or portals.
