    changing history as it goes, both the timeship and Voyagerr are shielded with teporal shielding so that events that would otherwise have caused their pasts to be altered are ineffectual to them but not to anyone or anything un-shielded.

    Also consider that IF time travel is possible, it is almost inevitable that other cultures besides Entropy will, or already have, discovered it. If this happened in the past, they will have discovered in advance everything that Entropy will ever do, and chosen to allow it. If it happens AFTER Entropy's era, then any changes that Entropy make can and probably will be negated or altered at some point.

    Taking a leaf from Orson Scott Card's books, according to the laws of causality, if I went back in time and stopped myself from braking a bone, both I and my past self would continue to exist because I when I traveled through time I was shielded from the repercussions of my actions, such as in Star Trek where Voyager incounters Annorax's timeship,

    If they ever choose to do what you describe, then in a sense it has already happened. However much you change the past, such changes will never be visible to anybody else - the rest of us, by necessity, exist in the universe that RESULTED FROM all such tinkering. From our perspective, they could only change the past in order to make it happen the way that we know it DID happen.

    IF they have, or ever will have, time travel, they could answer the question "What would happen if the biomorphs were never created?". Either (A) they will never attain this capability, or (B) they will eventually answer that question, then return the past to the version which we know as history.

    BUT if they already HAD time travel then they would just go back and tell themselvs about everything they know so they would double in siz and exponentially increce in power and efficency.

    It's hard to have a rational debate where time travel is involved, but I'll give it a shot...If time travel is possible, Entropy has already manipulated the universe to their artificial hearts' content. Anybody who is discussing how to fight them must necessarily exist in a universe where Entropy are at some point aware of such discussion and still choose to permit it.

    firstly, there wouldnt be enough prosessing power to simulate ANYTHING with perfect accuracy even if the whole univers was a quanum supercomuter. Sencondly, if they are looking for every asnwer, they wiill eventually discover time travel so they can kill the man, record, and then go back and not kill him, recording again.
