    If any of these civilisations go to war, the tacterians would immediatly issue a peace treaty. Seeing as the condition the dreii where in, they know this galexy is a dangurous place, And when they go in there armed. Currently the tacterians are triing to psychologically gain peace in this galexy. Failing misserably as all the aliens have completly different psychology sets. However the tacterians do plan to issue and distribute a peace treaty around this galexy.

    Due to late main sequence, intelligent early to space-fearing life would be there and they have had enough time to gain a good brain and tech, They are mostly just begginning with intersteller, with the tacterians helping out alot.

    Hmm. The ring galexy would have a good amount of tacterians to help out, as compared to fleepteetees, And fleepteetees is heavily guarding the outer ring as a defence to the dreii. (they think peace is much better than war, but they know how alien civilisations could be agressive) I would say the dreii where sent to the yellow stremes between the inner and outer rings. (most likly close in) So the area would have lots of late-main sequence yellow stars

    The tacterians send in a colonization ship into the galexy, It is armed, As they are alarmed by the dreii appearing so crippled as if they had been drastically defeated in a war.
