I start construction on a Dyson Sphere in this galaxy that will be built around a red dwarf star. Several particle accelerators will be build around it, and will be the biggest known to exist. -

The tacterians say they shuld be a strong buff to them, as they have basically reached the maximum in terms of speed, controll, and movment systems - They also are quite deep into everything else - Just - not quite as deep as they are in manouvering - They begin wandering "If we join the UW, the UW will become an unstopable force - quantum field manipulation, mega speed - and... Could they reach other superclusters at this rate?!" -

The tacterians build many bases around it, and transform the system into a galaxy-cluster-versal gathering point - Where everything can gather and mine, and even put aside there differences - The system essensially becomes the universal "capital" The tacterians are very aware of the incoming ships from grentan, and set up quite the defences - Designed to only target these invading fleets.

Iron comes before platinum! And iron should've killed the star! It is now on an endless fusion cycle - And will be one of the last great beacons of the universe before some black hole consumes it.
