Cool idea. I was thinking of the same concept, except more detailed thanks to the additional space in Monster. I've also removed the need for the packaging system, except the affected direction is a frame slower. Monster's brain is in "limited tumble" (a near-random movement system) so it wouldn't do something as weird as a back-and-forth movement.

My idea may be hard to implement inm practice... any help would be welcome!

Nvm, I figured it out.

Help me out guys... is it tmp or tmp2 that changed dtec's range?

A similar idea could be used to avoid brck.

My Amoeba robots have no senses, but I'm working on it! My idea is based on real-life bacterial behavior. It moves randomly and then when it detects plnt, it turns off the randomizer and heads in the direction it was going when it found the plnt. If it loses the signal, it goes back to tumbling randomly. That way, it hangs more or less at the edge of the dtec's range.

Cool. I'm working on testing DTEC/ the brain already.
