    They have however managed to keep the volitile stuff under controll - Some psychology editing was involved, but, They changed there psychology so that, When they recieve something that might be a communications error, they ensure it was intentional; But if it isnt, than, Well, If you made them mad, they just kind of get a 5% worse relation with you.

    The tacterians are extremly determined - Get them started on a task, They WILL NOT STOP until they find PROOF that it is impossible. They are very generous, And light hearted - If a warning fails to go through properly, They are willing to go to rediculous extents to make up for it. But dont be fooled, Get them mad, And they are REALLY mad - Sometimes even going to the point of war over a simple communications error saying "No" to something that they REALLY wanted to say yes to.
