    The actual save contains DMND spelling out "you can't open this save" The cell size for this save is 10 thats why you can't open it.

    They probably compiled a version that could open this save or used a glitch

    meh, just discovered a glitch that lets you vote on saves you can't even open. I guess editing the TPT source to vote on this was useless :P
