    Looks like a PT-76B (War thunder player here) or other PT tank, maybe even an BMP-1 wituout rocket

    Yea @drray you is correct, wrong P XD @THE_GAMING_RABBIT it says it in the title; concept. It's armoured, and it carries personell. Please take a moment to Google 'APC Concepts' and you will certainly find a few with cannons about 25mm. An APC can have no gun, a .50cal or an 84mm Carl Gustav on it.

    APC = Armored Patroll Carrier. Anything thats armored and carries soldiers is considered an APC
