A group of galaxies, not in the right places, eventually I will make this 3d, but the sizes will not be to scale. If your galaxy is here you might want to put a link to this save so that you can navigate this area of space easily.

    Using activated LCRY used to be all you need, but I think it is no longer possible due to the tpt update.

    Getting the shape right is what made it take so long for me to make my galaxy, just keep on changing bits until it looks mostly ok, remember that you will probably end up bluring it anyway.

    Also, do you know how to make the deco appear in the thumbnail?

    I think you should do what you have now, but blur it more so that the black spots are just dark grey spots. When that is done, remove any texture by ctrl+clicking over the entire screen with the smudge tool, then add purple and brown gas clouds all over (Like what I have done in GSB-4138b). I'm not sure how well that will work, but that is what I remember doing when I made mine.

    What is actually bad about the galaxy? If it is the colour you might want to look at the RGB values of the colour you want, then reproduce that using only white, red, green and blue. Sometimes certain colours don't work with the add tool for some reason.

    LCRY should work, it might need to be activated though. If that doesn't work then the update might be stopping it from working.

    Yeah, I've been trying that method, and my galaxy still looks really bad. How do you make the deco appear in the thumbnail? I've tried using LCRY, but it has no effect.
