  If a single landing spike can deploy hundreds of those deathbringer tanks, I wonder what a spike bombardment would do. Make a ship to launch dozens or even hundreds of spikes. This kind of reminds me from the ODIN from COD.

  How is that simmilar? Heavy fighters are only usefull if frigates are not present. The Rift and Elcipse class are super ships that can destroy almost anything. Heavy fighters are a waste of resorces if they are used in large numbers.

  Heavy fighters are not my style. I think ill stay with what I have in the fighter department. I could modify one of my frigates into a strike ship, as that sounds more like what you described.

  it would be VERY cool if u could "charge" the gravitron cannon (the more u charge the more gravitrons get built up in the barrel) and then fire in one big burst

  i think a superheavy fighter it has a lot of firestorm cannons and of course... superheavy cannons it would be cool for like a tanker/fighter hybrid and mabye just one light gravitron cannon
