In that case, Ill be staying with the normal ones until a better subframe is made, it at all.
Death, while the normal torpedoes can face any direction, the subframe ones can only face left or upwards.
The non subframes work much better against layered armor. About the detonating mechaninsm, I think it would be better to have a stripe of layered material in the target instead of changing the detonators, as the current detonator is better against other ship saves. However, Death will decide if the subframes will be used, and if so, what firing mechanism will be installed. We can mature the idea and make a mixed fuse.
I realize it wasn't really for public consumption yet but I couldn't resist having a peek at the Evulse with subframe missiles. I found a way to make them detonate more reliably rather than just flying off-screen, though it depends on the target having conductive elements. ID:1842004, use it if you want to, otherwise disregard completely!
Do you get why the subframe torpedoes are bad?
Oh. I feel stupid for not noticing.
Also, it is less laggy. I've cut the power in half now.
The current one is less powerful, permanently turned on and has a big pstn thing behind the target finder. The new one is more advanced, using the same improvements I did to the Cleave a while ago.
Instead of using void, it actually stops cloning deut to stop firing. It also uses layered dray.
Erm, I can't tell the difference between that laser tank and the current one.
