    Millenium bug was that all the softwares that had dates where the year was approximated with the last 2 numbers had to be fixed cause 2 numbers could be related to the 1900 and to the 2000 at the same time. In this case, the third option is based on the 2015 year, the best thing to do would be asking the user to input the current year too, so it can works every year, without fixing it everytime. :)
