    It seems a meteor cluster penetrated the giant oil well, which ignited it. That collapsed the gravity field and effectivley killed everything on the planet

    well when a meteor hit this planet it blew up the city that the meteor hit it then blow up the oil then it created mass destruction on 1 of the other cities that didnt get directly hit by it leaving 50% of this population dead and 50% alive.

    If you have ambient heat on and blow up the oil, the water will keep reforming thus causing violent weather activity.
